As for a "viciously worded message" I simply said don't lie about my contribution again and you even admitted you lied albeit accidentally and made me look bad (which I can upload a screenshot of if you wish). I said I forgave you for it and you apologized. I didn't realise it was still an issue.

Yes. You said, 'I think that discrediting me for the sole purpose of statements I've made other weeks about other products that I didn't believe in as much as the one I had a hand in making is completely fair.' I think you meant completely unfair.

Task Evaluations

Firstly, sorry for how late these are! I graduated this week so everything has been kind of crazy and I've had literally no time to do these! Congrats to Harmonia on a very well deserved win, I was incredibly impressed by the way you all worked together and I really couldn't fault your team spirit and the way you all worked together and rallied around your PM. It was collectively the most impressive team I've shadowed so far in the contest, and I'm very pleased you got the orders you deserved.

Niall - I would go as far as to say this was the best PMing performance so far in the competition, I thought this task was very impressive for you and in the grand scheme of things you may have propelled yourself into contention. I think you obviously respected your teammates, and they clearly respected you back and were willing to work with the guidance you gave. You made clear and decisive decisions, put in a lot of work and had a very visible presence on the task - evaluations from your fellow candidates were unanimously positive. Very well done to you.

Katie - Another strong performance from you this week Katie - you're becoming one of the most formidable candidates in this process. Again, you managed to tow the line between having huge input and not overstepping boundaries with incredible ease and I was hugely impressed by all the additional work you put in on pricing - I think that had a large hand in how well you did overall in your task. Off-task I think perhaps you hold grudges a little bit too long - the argument with Justin takes the edge off what would have been a faultless task for you, but overall I remain super impressed by you in this contest.

Kevin - This week you did a solid job, your defense of the elderly made me laugh - at times you're overly PC but again you contributed well to the ideas section of the task, put in a lot of hard work and I think you're a very strong and competent candidate. I'll be very interested to see how you fare as a PM - I think you have all the right ingredients for success however I still think the issue with yourself is demanding respect from your fellow candidates - you coped very well on this task, but you do need to assert your presence a little stronger. But great job on this task!

Amy - I feel like these evaluations are a little repetitive, however another overall good performance from you on this task. I do slightly worry that you're fading into the background in this process a little - you have great ideas, your work is some of the strongest in the contest - you just need to make yourself stand out a little more from your fellow candidate as I feel that you have a lot more personality than your journey through the competition thus far has shown, but that's not to detract from another very decent performance.

Jack - Personally I was very impressed with you in the creative/ideas session - I think you managed to steer the group in the right direction whenever perhaps they strayed a little, and I thought you were both very knowledgeable and good at noting what could work from other people's ideas - a large hand of this task victory comes down to you. However, a few of the other candidates seemed less convinced by your contributions and seemed to think you were coasting, which is not necessarily a view I share, but one which could have landed you in the BR had results not gone your way. You need to be sure to take credit for what you do, and like Amy, stamp a more dynamic presence on the competition - I'd very much like to see what you would do in a leadership role. But once again, well done.

Eliza - You were VERY lucky your team won this week, and you have a huge amount to make up once you return.

thanks for the feedback Gav, I do see where my team members come from as I was coming and going with helping with some renovations to my house but that is no excuse in the matter. All I can say is I hope to as you say make my presence more known in the competition

Basically, I've had these written since Sunday or so and never got round to posting them. ENJOY.

Team Helios.
You are all rather dynamic characters, all somewhat aching to win this competition. However, I am going to have to see more teamwork in the future from all of you. The opposing team worked excellently together, I'm going to have to see something similar next task if the teams remain the same or else another one of you, I imagine, will be leaving the competition.

Carlisle: Undeniably your weakest task. However, your weakest task is still somewhat better than the rest of your team this week. I was very disappointed to see you brought up something from a rather long time ago regarding one of the buyers in this task – however your apology has rectified this, which I was most pleased and surprised to see; it certainly shows you are growing. You are a very competitive person and that’s something I enjoy seeing. Yes, there were problems with costs and yes you were uncomfortable with your buyer - which is fair enough, actually very surprised you pitched to Anactoria in the first place – interesting decision by Tyjet indeed, but you performed well despite it being your weakest task.

Justin: Justin, your relationship with another candidate in this process is quite worrying – I would insist upon trying to rectify this relationship as soon as possible so that it does not hinder any efforts in future tasks. I thought you did well on this task, up until the pitch to Alex. Some of your answers were very interesting and Alex himself commented that some were quite ridiculous. I think you’re a good player in this Justin, but there is certainly something missing – I personally believe it’s your taking this process far too seriously. In my opinion, you should try and be a lot more relaxed in future tasks and I think you’ll thoroughly enjoy it more – increasing your standard of performance. Also, do not argue in the boardroom after it’s finished. You did well though (task-wise).

George: George, I actually don’t know much of what you did this task – probably one of the reasons I forgot to send you the evaluation in the first place. I’m consistently concerned with your levels of communication with the rest of your team. I have been assured plenty of times that you have been communicating with your team but I rarely see it. From what I know, you are a strong candidate, in fact, the entire team is. I’m going to have to see something from you that I haven’t seen already from the other candidates.

Tyjet: Tyjet, you do well and you know you do well – you have always been absolutely fine during each task so far. You do put in a lot of effort, however so do the others. I would put you in a similar boat to George at the moment, in that there is nothing I have seen you do that Carlisle and Justin aren’t capable of doing – what makes you so special in this competition? You’re going to have to show us sooner rather than later.
