A California burger chain, In-N-Out, is well known for their Not So Secret Menu. I sometimes get an "animal style" burger.

Ask nicely at our local Indian restaurant and they'll prepare you the "staff curry", chicken or lamb, usually on the bone, delicious.

I often have a plain double burger from mcdonalds. Atleast when they make it correctly...

What secret menus? Some burger chains have them but they aren't very secret at all, but doubt those 3 do.

Burger King is made-to-order... there's no secret menu because they expect you to customize your order.

They've been advertising this for over 30 years now:

Jack In The Box is also made-to-order... and take it even further by letting you order, say, breakfast at any time:

I wait with baited breath for your links to the KFC, McDonald's and Burger King UK secret menus. Perhaps they are figments of your imagination?

Cheeky Barsteward. There are no official secret menus for the three restaurants I mentioned in the same sense as In N Out burger on the west coast. That's what I was talking about. There seem to be a lot of burgers made up by fans that have spread around the internet, but nothing sanctioned by the companies like In N Out.

I did the same after posting that

Jack in the Box has the strangest commercials.

One for internet cat lovers:

Blimey. Looking at that there's nothing there that I'd want to order.

I'm just about old enough to remember when McDonald's launched in the UK, and the premise was always that you could customise your burger by asking them to omit things, eg 'hold the pickle', 'hold the sauce'. Very few people bother to do that, though.

How bloody much?? They can keep their secret menu items. 33 quid for a couple of burgers? Lol. They should call it the 'rich list'.

I know fast food isn't food of the Gods but there still are limits to getting a half decent meal.
One of them is bun to meat to salad/sauce ratio. Heston went over this in his Perfection... series.

I can't see how adding 4 extra burgers to a Big Mac would make it better.
It's just about right at the moment (even though I would prefer a slightly thinner middle bun section).

You are not understanding the concept basically The Secret Menu is when someone has asked for something creative. For example the 2 Cheeseburger Meal which in the US used to be on the menu all you do is order separately 2 Cheeseburgers, Fries and Drink.

You could make your own burger for example you could ask for 2 quarter pounders to be put on top of each other and take away the top bun. You can also name it.

I always get McD's to hold all the sauce and cheese for my sons fillet o fish (so its basically fishfinger roll) or he wont eat it
theres always a few people waiting for the cooked to order things when I go (rarely tbh)
