O2 bolt ons worksweb & simplicity cost me £17.50 a month for my s3 data & texts/minutes on PAYG but I have the chance to get an iphone 4s used unlocked really cheap (£150) but all I really want is the data allowance so I can use it for internet/emails etc but not for calls or texts at least not for now.

I really want to try a different network too as o2 are really bad where I live & 3g is a bad joke. I need it on PAYG too so I can just try it for a bit & not be obligated contractually.

Thanks for any info.

three have a new 'one plan' with unlimited everything for £15 and Virgin offer similar prices on both payg and contract. Had you not said O2 was poor for you I would have suggested giffgaff too.

Check out virgin and three, both offer pretty much unlimited everything deals for less than you pay now but be sure they can offer you the coverage you need.

thanks, i'm going to try three.

£10 a month all you can eat 6000 txts 200 mins, practically half what i'm paying now. but at checkout when you look at the details it says 150mb, how is that "all you can eat" lol that's just breakfast.

i'll go to the outlet & talk to them.

Every top up gets a free 150MB allowance, it's a separate thing to the AYCE data plans.

When you top up £15 you need to activate the all in one 15 add on which gives you 300 Minutes, 3000 Texts and all-you-can-eat data.

Every top up comes with 150MB free data, those is useful for users who don't want the add ons but use their phone occasionally to call, text or use the internet. .
