Mike Fitton (B+B Owner) played by Shaun Dingwall.

Mike is 43 and has been running the B+B for seven years, ever since his father died. A catch with the ladies, he still loves his family no matter how many affairs and arguments he has. He doesn't mind getting into a fight if it involves protecting the ones he loves as he is quite protective of them.

Natalie Fitton (B+B Chef) played by Eva Pope.

Natalie is 44 and is the wife to Mike. They have been married for nineteen years, a subject she brings up a lot. She is used to being around other people after she was put into care at the age of 10 after her mother died and father gave up on her.

Jenna Fitton (B+B Cleaner) played by Dani Harmer

Jenna is 23 years old and the daughter of Mike and Natalie. She hates her cleaning job and has done ever since her first day 2 years previously. She is engaged to local cafe owner Fernando, somebody who her parents aren't keen on because of the age gap. She is lively and bubbly but has a bad temper.

Zach Fitton (University Student) played by Daniel Anthony

Zach is 20 years old and a University Student. He isn't always around the village however pops in now and again to say hello. Zach is openly gay however isn't in a relationship. Zach is Natalies son however not Mikes after Natalie had a brief fling. However Mike soon adopted him afterwards.

Jeff Carmichael (Retired) played by Clive Swift.

Jeff is 76 years old and lives in the flat above the cafe with his son Fernando. He was previously married to Spanish woman Carmen who is nearly 20 years younger than him but they split due to money troubles. Even though they live in the same street, Jeff and Carmen barely speak. He isn't well liked in the village due to his bitterness to other people

Fernando Carmichael (Cafe Owner) played by Jake Canuso

Fernando is 38 years old and engaged to Jenna. He is very easy on the eye and no matter how many times he's cheated on her. He is very well liked unlike his father and even though they live together, they aren't close. Fernando is very close to his mother.

Frank Peterson (Pub Landlord) played by Simon Fisher Becker

Simon is 51 years old and the pub landlord. He is rude and ignorant but only to the people who are the same to him. He was previously married to an unknown Scottish woman but after she disappeared he moved to the village with his children.

Connie Peterson (Cafe/Pub Worker) played by Lorna Laidlaw

Connie is 51 years old and Frank's wife. She works in the cafe and the pub meaning she has a busy life. Connie is quite nosey in the community but doesn't let anyone know her secrets. She is the step-mother to Frank's children.

Olivia Peterson (Student) played by Kirstie Steele

Olivia is 18 years old and the daughter to Frank and step daughter to Connie. She is very well liked and has lots of friends in the community. That's all except Jenna Fitton however it is unknown how their argument started.

Hannah Peterson (Cafe Worker) played by Jessica Barden

Hannah is 20 years old and has just started working in the cafe. It is believed that Hannah shares the same mother as Olivia but nothing is ever confirmed. She is known for being quite bitchy on the inside but sweet on the outside

Johnny Fletcher (Shop Owner) played by Ronald Pickup

Johnny is 71 years old and is an old miser. He moans about everything including his shop. He is rude to all customers and his wife, Carmen who used to be married to Jeff. Unsurprisingly, Johnny and Jeff aren't the best of friends.

Carmen Fletcher (Barmaid) played by Deena Payne

Carmen is 59 years old and is a friendly face in the village however she has worked everywhere (and got sacked everywhere too) her uncleanness doesn't lead to much luck. Carmen, having lived in England most of her life, she has picked up the accent.

Drew Fletcher (Student) played by Oscar Lloyd

Drew is 15 years old and is the grandson to Johnny. Both his parents gave him up when he was 9 and since then he has lived with Johnny and Carmen. He is a cheeky chap and gets into lots of trouble but deep down he is protective of his siblings.

Kellie Fletcher (Student) played by Ramona Marquez

Kellie is 11 years old and is close to her brother. Like Carmen she is very clumsy but is very loveable at the same time.

Robbie Fletcher (Student) played by Philip Graham Scott

Robbie is only 8 years old but is very cute and cuddly. At the young age at 2 along with his siblings he was forced to live with his grandparents which made him quite confused about life.
