Bought myself a new Samsung 22 F5400 led TV, and I was wondering something. On the picture of said TV it has an page on the smart screen called On TV (S Recommendation I think). Is this something available on freeview? If so how do I get it? Also can point me on how to get the contrast, brightness, sharpness, and colour settings better.

Burning the AVCHD(.exe) file to a DVD is the better option as it gives a talk through on what to do.

Well had a little play with the On TV settings. Instead of entering my postcode, I selcted the region.and I've got to work.
