They couldn't make Luisa's bit any longer- and Nick had already given her the best reference of anyone - and several reruns of the message. She didn't go to college and has worked for herself, so references from there are going to be lacking too. All they needed to do was to counter the perception she was negative and cold - by having her with her daughter, and horse, and talking about her friend Leah - and to kill the nightmare to work for argument by showing a very happy worker.They made the opposite point about Neil - with Leah saying he was the most competitive person she had ever met, and was it Neil or Jadan who was aired saying they were not there to make friends?
