Live feed of men's race has no commentary. Great to hear road noise and riders calling to each other though sometimes drowned out by helicopter rotors. Not sure what happened, the two GCN guys tweeted a photo from the finish commentary box earlier. Probably overlaying their voices later for broadcast.

Chris Boardman on the bromance between Wiggo and Cav - "It's a bit like a marriage, really, without sex"

I'm sure there's a joke in there somewhere...

First brief video of women's race. No pictures from moto cameras so something more substantial should appear later: https://youtu.be/3k1wH8TdxSw

ES really need to re-introduce the option to turn the commentary off and on. All that was lacking was regular time gaps on the graphics.

Men's SB highlights on ES in 2 hours.

Cav 4th in the flying lap, so it's on like Donkey Kong in the points race.

Jason Kenney into the sprint semis!

Callum Skinner gets back to even after a photo finish!

Trotty second in the Omnium individual pursuit so all on plan. Next this evening, the Elimination race, at which she has already been awarded the Nobel Prize.

Dmitriev beats out Callum Skinner in the sprint decider, but this is by far the best Callum has done.

The Vivster won the flying lap, so he now has a 14-point lead over Gav - which puts him on the verge of winning his first world title.

Cav was 4th in it, so he's currently just 8 points outside the podium. There's still a medal up for grabs...as is the case for Glenn O'Shea (just 4 points closer), who now rides for One Pro Cycling as well.

Hammer's omnium IP of 3:28.630 is even better than what she did in London 2012. Wow - after the disaster she had last year, I wasn't sure she'd regain that kind of form.

It has been a while since Kenny progressed beyond the sprint quarters in a global championship. Not before time...incidentally, Glaetzer put Baugé out for good. The Olympic final matchup of 2012 won't be repeated tonight.

GBs Emily Nelson is leading the points just after half way

She's only 19 and a new kid on the block in her first world championships

Strange isn't it how we appear to be doing well in these long distance races nowadays whereas a few years ago we were rubbish at them

Nelson faded in the second half of the race but still finished 5th which is a good effort for an inexperienced rider

Polish girl wins gold.........but there was a big crash with a couple of laps to go and looks like a couple of riders were hurt. The Irish girl is still on the deck some 5 minutes later......

It's about damn time!

I didn't want to jinx it by making a prediction, but after qualifying I had a feeling the final would be Glaetzer vs Kenny, as it happens to be. (That's another GB medal guaranteed, by the way.)

The former won in 2 WC finals, the latter won in the CG quarters. They've never met in a clash for the stripes, though. The pure track GOAT (you know who ) is backing Kenny.

Gav has gone like the clappers in many of these sprints - you can see why he's touted as one of the future big-time road race sprinters.

Blimey - Kluge has gained 2 laps (40 points) and leads the standings!

he's back down to 5th now.......realistically he probably has to gain a lap to get the bronze, which seems unlikely

Kluge takes a lap and goes into the lead.........1 point ahead of Viv

Cav probably now needs two laps to get bronze

that's not going to happen !

If the Vivster had beaten Cav in that last sprint, he'd be world champion!! What a race.
