Now that's how you win big league games.

Well played guys. I don't like how you do it but huge credit for getting a result against us at home. Good luck in the CL too.

Cheers mate. Don't give up on the title, it's still all to play for.

Makes Sunderland more of a pity, but same again on Wednesday against Atletico will do very nicely Kalas was very mature and Schwarzer is looking dependable.

What a great game. Jose, let's face it, is fantastic.

He simply knows how to win.

It's called sportmanship, a concept that is obviously foreign to you.

Shame for Kalas he hasn't played this season, but he was fantastic today.

City already a goal up.

Absolute disastrous day for Liverpool and Steven Gerard .

Personally I think you need to show respect and class in defeat. Like I say I don't like how they get results but any team that comes to Anfield this season and gets points deserve some praise. No matter how it happens.

Thanks, it's a pity some of your other fans couldn't show the same generosity.
Feels great to get the win obviously, but the downside is that it opens the door for Man City. I would sooner your lot won it than them, after all Rodgers did serve his apprenticeship with us.

I noticed a lot of that at Chelsea last week!

Willian needs to score some important goals, all he does is run around and sweat

To be fair, I don't think there was any anti-Sunderland stuff. Towards the officials, yes..but that's par for the course everywhere.

One more point guarantees 3rd place which is def needed in a World Cup year.

Not seen it yet but am sure I won't get as much pleasure from it as I did from him scoring for us

True but we have a season full of them in reality.

Avoided watching the game today as Liverpool winning the league is something I would rather avoid seeing so gave it a miss, might watch the highlights will see.

But results like this are the reason Jose is one of the best in the world (and one of the most unpopular).

These are the type of results why next season and us getting the right type of players I fully expect us to win the title. Will it be in a style that will please some Chelsea fans on here? Of course not but I think they would be more happy going to North London for their football fix.

Have heard some of Jose's comments after the game and can hear the heads exploding of those who follow Sky Sports Football

and he was rather pumped up today.

However, Chelsea lost the title against Sunderland.

and Palace and Villa and those dropped points at home to West Ham. Our attack needs fine tuning against well organised defences, but hopefully Jose will sort it in the summer.

Yeah, scoring a tap-in at the end of the game now puts him in the running for player our of the season.

Rogers was bang on! This wasn't 'tactics' because anyone can set a team out and do what Jose did if that's the way they want to play the game. The genius that is big Sam showed that at the Bridge earlier in the season.

On the positive.
Obviously it's very early to judge, but Kalas looks like a real prospect! Very impressed!

Right, i'm off to think of a name for this new sport Jose has invented.

Winning is a suitable name (but am guessing that's a dirty word in your world)

Bizarre how a Chelsea fan can be gutted at such a result

How can Arsenal fans be happy at not challenging for the title or winning anything for how many years now? He is talking about thinking of a new name for Jose's New sport when he himself is actually following a new sport I don't know what it's called but it seems the way you win is by the way of points being award from a panel of media "experts" and random fans.

A sort of strictly come dancing award system. Of course he is forgetting one of Sir Bruce's favourite saying "points mean prizes".
