Very much a rough diamond, a year playing for a team that plays either Champions League or EUROPA football and challenges for a title I think would be a massive step in his education, we cannot afford to spend time educating players at Chelsea we need them to be ready to walk into the first team squad and do the jobs assigned to them.

I would not mind if we loaned him out as part of the Costa deal as I don't see him getting enough football with us at the moment to keep him happy, it's worked out fantastically for us so far as we could have a Champions League/Title winning goal keeper coming to us so why not try it again?. He would be playing at a high level league wise and playing Champions League football, his ambitions would still be being met while gaining the type of experience we need from players. If he good enough to play for us I am sure AM would be interested

Sounds ok in theory, but I'd much rather we offloaded Torres as part of a deal for Costa if at all possible. It might be the best chance we have of moving him on before 2 years time when his contract runs out.

I suppose you could argue that with West Brom and Everton he has never had the kind of service that he'll get from our midfield, but his goal tally has still been very respectable ? |

See Rafas won another trophy, with an inferior team to ours.

We was doing "cups" wins before Roman came, surely we have moved on from those days? Winning trophies is very nice but we have bigger fish to fry nowadays, we have got to think bigger |

Rafa's a better team then us is something like 23 points behind the winners of the league, Pretty much Rafa's level and why I did not think he was the sort of manager we needed.
Yes he came 3rd in the race but the person who came 1st finished the race 3 days ago, But hay mummy 3rd is still a achievement right? |

According to the Sunday Telegraph, at least one from Hazard, Oscar and Shurrle will be sold in the summer.
Very telling that he's happy with Willian, despite him falling well short, and i really do mean well short, of what he's supposed to be doing on the pitch, which is scoring and creating goals. |

According to Roy Of The Rover's comic Billy has some magic boots, Maybe we will buy them with the money used by selling one or all of those players?

Seriously, his old are you Dixon ? You act like a youngster that believes everything you hear and read about transfers.
Red tops or heavyweights, it's still just gossip. |

I can understand you sneering at rags like the Daily Star, but the Telegraph
![]() Any player could go if the right offer comes in and all parties are happy with the offer. These type of stories are printed every week in every paper about every team. |

Red tops or heavyweights, it's still just gossip. All i was doing was passing on a bit of transfer specualtion involving our best player and one who could still be a top player. I'm curious to know why some of you on here are SO anti-media? You seem a bit paranoid about Chelsea and think they're all out to get us and hurt us as much as possible. I, on the other hand, think the media quite likes us, because one way or another we always provide them with something to talk about. Last season the media was full of praise for the style of football Mata, Hazard and Oscar were bringing to the team. The media will be positive towards any team that plays in a positve manner! |

Because once again you are quoting no more then back garden fence gossip as "fact" and using it to push this anti Jose agenda.
There is no substance or evidence of any kind in stories like this, only he told him and he told someone else and someone else told me. I could speculate next season we would be playing our home games at Fulham's home ground or we buying West Brompton Cemetery, neither like this transfer rumours are worth discussing |

Bit like an end of season game with little on it.
No idea why the ref didn't give them a pen. Edit - and one for us.... |

Awful first half, no denying that. Schurrle and Cole were our biggest threats.
Still, no hanging about, Jose has changed things rapidly. One of the things I've always liked about him as a manager. |
