I really like the look of KDB, must admit i thought he wasnt going to be good enough to make the step up to our first team but he is really looking good in preseason. Oscar looking lively too.

Hazard looks like he could lose another couple of pounds before the season starts though.

Hi everyone, nice to see us piling the pressure on so early in the game. I hated how slow we started matches last season...

Ba's been anonymous, but everyone else has looked up for it.

Very nice play. KDB is making a claim for a starting place.

I know Ba deserves a chance to prove himself, but I'd love to see Lukaku playing with those two.

If de Bruyne keeps this up I'd fully expect him to be in the team ahead of Oscar. Schurrle and Moses will be worried.

I don't think Lukaku could fail with those two assist machines behind him.

Ref blew a second early

Good first half. Glad it's competitive.

Oscar's and Hazard's defensive work has really improved which is good to see. Now that I mention it, our off the ball movement has improved massively.

van Ginkel's looking impressive again. He's pretty tough for a Bieber look-a-like.

Could be the muscle we need...?

A lot of last seasons first teamers will be worried. There's a lot of competition for starting places.

Pretty good stuff so far. Nice goal by KDB, he's really staking a claim for a starting place in the team for when the season kicks off.

That's an oxymoron you don't come across everyday.

I'm really liking him too. Essien has looked good too but it's still too early to tell with him. I'd feel better if we signed another DM because if Essien can't hack it, we're left with Mikel as our only option.

So many fast players in our squad now....1 of the few long-running problems we've actually addressed.

Moses should have rolled that into Torres. It's decision making like that which really fustrates me about Moses. He can get into good positions but he pisses it down the drain by shooting from unlikely positions.

if Torres was your only option then you'd shoot too

Seriously, I agree. He needs to improve that area of his game - esepcially as he's now looking at being 4th or 5th choice.

Can't believe we haven't scored a second. Milan looking dangerous now.
