It was no elbow from jt, though it was a hand to the face and a foul. Terry tried to play the ball.

Hands round the throat should have had Lucas get a red too. But this is football, the decisions make the talking points.

Should we ignore the diving of Suarez for seasons? Of course not. He will suffer, just like drogba did.

If it were the other way around you'd be going mental.

Carragher got it right. Mourinhos moaning about divers like Suarez but he's had a fair few himself!

If I were a Chelsea can I'd be more concerned as to why they can play very well against Liverpool but have been pretty lacklustre for most of the rest of the season.

Has Suarez dived this season?

A hand, really?

I saw a big difference in Chelsea today. It was the first game our front four chased down every ball, and pegged lfc back into passing to the keeper. Time after time.

More of that please.

Liverpool need to get the hell over it. And SKY couldn't be anymore bias.

We should have had a pen against Swansea for a tackle on Ramires, and that couldn't have been more clear. Nobody even mentioned that, and we just had to get on with it.

I couldn't give a damn if Suarez get's hard done by, that's a bit of revenge for last season.

They are also moaning about Oscar not being sent off. He barely frigging touched him, they are grown men (supposedly), and if Oscar was to get sent off then he would have to send Lucas off for his over the top reaction too.

Liverpool fans are deluded and big babies.

Well to combat that, you also got a fairly major decision against West Brom too. Liverpool fans have every right to feel aggrieved.

Do me a favour next time you don't get a pretty obvious decision try not to get worked up by it. I'll bet you would find it very difficult.

It's very easy when you've won a game to say what you said.

Do you know what I was going to praise Chelsea today I thought you were excellent in the first half and thoroughly deserved the win. Best I've seen you all season. But after Mourinhos comments and the way some of your fans are getting the needle in I dont I'll bother.

Suarez got away with a blatant push on Ramires when he scored at the Bridge last season, and escaped a red card in the Anfield game. About time it stopped going his way against us.

Exactly. Suarez and Liverpool are just going to have to live with it for now. Suarez has been using underhand tactics to get and advantage since he joined them, if they want to blame anyone for decisions not going their way then they should blame him. Refs don't trust him, and it's his own fault.

I don't think either incident was a penalty. Both Hazard and Suarez were looking for contact as Hoddle said afterwards. The Suarez/Eto'o incident was more difficult though, but Azpil had won the ball fairly and was moving away, Suarez wasn't going to challenge him from that position. Eto'o clearly stepped across Suarez who then went down theatrically. A difficult one for the referee in my opinion, if the ball had been in reach of Suarez I would have said definitely a penalty, but in the circumstances I'm not so sure.
Hazard went looking for a gap that wasn't there, and contact was inevitable..no penalty in my opinion.
A clearer one was the high tackle by Eto'o, now that was quite nasty and deserved a yellow.

In the first half we played very well. Completely bossed them and could have scored more. In the second half they had a few more chances but can have no real complaints with the result as they deserved nothing from the match and were outplayed. I think Luiz in midfield was the difference as he was able to spray passes about and Suarez was pretty anonymous. I think Sterling and Coutinho caused more problems than he did.
Mikel's introduction made our play slower and was a big step backwards. He is painfully slow moving the ball on and doesn't seem to anticipate where a pass might be played like Luiz. Very rarely cuts stuff out or breaks up an opposition move. I'd love to see Ramires and Luiz in the centre to get an idea of how fluid we could be. They might be our Toure/fernandinho equivalent combo.

I wonder if there's any chance of Mourinho giving Luiz another start in midfield this season, or whether that was a one time only thing? Surely after today he can't fail to have noticed that he gives us a lot more playing in that position.

I think if it weren't a world cup year, he'd start him in midfield every match. Luiz has competition for his Brazil CB place from Dante. If he spends the season playing midfield it might work against him in the summer.

It's about what's best for us. Right now his choice should be between sitting on the bench or playing CM. Ramires-Luiz fills me with more confidence than any other pairing.

Think it, by all means. To say it is classless and doesn't do Chelsea fans any credit. Still, as you were.

Well played, by the way - see you in April.

Speaking as a neutral who has no time for either club.

Eto shouldn't have even been on the pitch for the foul on Suarez, that should have been a penalty. His tackle on the Liverpool player prior to that, should have been a straight red.

As for the Hazard claim for a penalty, he's a crafty bugger isn't he?

Even as a Utd fan, Howard had a shocker.

Mind you,he's been pretty rubbish in our games for quite a while.

I don't care if it does sound classless, Liverpool fans do my head in more than any other set of fans on the planet.

They live in a delusional fantasy world where they think they are more important and bigger than any other club. They need a reality check because nobody likes them and they are no more important than any other club.

Nobody likes clubs that keep calling themselves the biggest club in the world. Also getting new signings to say "i have signed for the biggest club in the world" is pretty pathetic aswell.
