The trouble being, is your parents and in-laws are right and you can save a lot more than a few pennies at Aldi. Similarly with Lidl.

And cheap doesn't necessarily mean bad.
Lidl is great for cheese and snacks, chocolate etc. Very nice European stuffs

Loving correcting typos, spelling errors and grammatical errors but realising that most people just immediately hate you for it

Customers at work who were something is, gives you an idea if you read the signs above the aisle. And if they ask for something they have walked past or is right in front of them *rolleyes*
To be fair, you probably know the place inside out, they don't!

The bus leaves just before you get to the bus stop and you can't run, as you're laden with shopping, only for you to discover you have to wait an hour for the next one.

Also, people that use too many you's in a sentence.

People who claim to not be a morning person.

Don't bother telling me, I'm not giving you an excuse to be a grumpy sod before lunch time.

O2 for being an arse.

The message 'Sorry, you don't have enough credit to use data. (blah blah yadda yadda)' sent to you 5+ times a day.

Er, yes I do, from my router or using 'The Cloud'.

The guy who reads the sports news on SKY News. I think he's called Chris Skudder. He cocks his head and pulls his face, screwing up his eyes and generally gurning. I don't know if he's straining to read the auto-cue or what, but as soon as he comes on I have to change channels.

Polystyrene. My bin is full of something that weighs nothing! What's the point of it? How do you get rid of it? Why hasn't the EU banned it? They ban other environmental nasties.

People banging on about how Aldi is the best supermarket ever and how everything is cheaper and better than other supermarkets.

It's become a kind of reverse snobbery to say you go to Aldi. Yes they do some things which are cheaper than Asda but other things aren't. Yes they do some things which are just as nice as other supermarkets but they also do a lot of stuff which isn't.

I'm getting sick of my parents and my in laws constantly saying, 'How much do you pay for such and such? Oooh it's only so much in Aldi.' I couldn't care less because I'm not so bleeding tight for a few pence that I have to go out of my way to scrimp a few pennies.

I think it's like they're trying to justify shopping there by trying to convince everyone that it's somehow better than anywhere else when in fact the real reason they shop there is because it's cheap.
My big bug bear is the people that shop at Aldi but put their shopping into Marks and Spencer or Sainsbury's carrier bags. Yes, I have seen this happen!!

and kitchen foil, and sellotape..you know when you can't find the end as it tapes back on the other bit..Kitchen foil if it rips and goes all bitty and unwinds round the roll lol..and cling film as you said when again the end gets twisted round the roll, and you can't find the other bit..erughh lol
And if you use one of those boxes they come in with cutters you end up with lacerated and bleeding fingers.
