Trying to get hay out of a vacuum packed bag! I wrestled with it for ages much to the amusement of my pets!
Xmas stress!
After years of buying each other things that we didnt need and never got used, my sister and i decided this year we wouldnt buy for each other. It worked for us both as we would save money and neither of us wanted anything in particular.
Today i get a message out of the blue saying shes seen something she thinks i would like, so since shes got me something she would like a present too! But still doesnt know what she wants. She then asks me about where i got my new top from so i offered to get her one for xmas, and her reply "no i will buy it. I want the present from you to be a suprise!"
So now i have not much time to find her something that she will like thats a suprise. Its annoying because she still has things from previous years in the box, unopened.

Ok. I wasn't talking about saving files, or opening them in their default app. I often find myself needing to poke about in our server directories, or to navigate to places on our network to manipulate files. I do it via WE, and every time I open WE it assumes that I can only want to look in what used to be called My Documents, and it does that ridiculous dance where the folder view expands to show what's in C: and then jiggles it all about as it expands the path to Documents. Drives me nuts when all I want to do is jump to a folder that I looked at a couple of hours ago and I have to wait while it sorts out who I am and where it assumes these files are that I want to look at. It's not even close. Any well-written app saves previous values. WE should too.

Howzabout you give her a "I'm sorry" card with the message, I thought we weren't gifting each other this year, apparently I was mistaken , too late to buy something good so have this IOU for 2 gifts for next Xmas, love you loads, Sis (btw: you kept the receipt for my gift, right, not that I don't love it loads, just curious)

Anyway it will become even more necessary to ask when they have to start charging for bags - as they currently do here in Wales.
Wrapping Christmas presents! So far this morning I have ripped off the skin around one of my nails while removing some sellotape that got stuck around my finger, misplaced my scissors for five minutes and dropped my sellotape dispenser and broke the cover off the base (it's full of concrete inside, interesting...).

Have you managed to wrap the scissors inside the parcel, yet? No? Well, that's to come. Plus, my family always know who wrapped presents in our house, because they find the strands of my hair stuck to the sellotape. My dispenser always seems to go into hiding at this time of year.

Old people who seem to think that the bus services are put on just for them - on my daily commute I keep spying a few old ladies giving anyone who dares get on the bus the evil eye! There is one who huffs and puffs because the bus has to stop for other people - they get it for free what more do they want?

Lidl and Aldi (my local ones anyway) have a selection of carrier bags placed near the checkout, so if you need a bag or three you just grab them. They'll charge you a few pence for each one, but I use them for other purposes, so no big deal. I can do recycling me (paraphrased from Brainiac).
Fecking call centres. Calling Vodafone right now on speaker phone. 23 minutes waiting and counting. Just as well I'm not paying for the call.

I got to a bus stop on tuesday just as the bus arrived, An old woman turned to me and said 'Must be nice to just turn up as the bus gets here, 10 mins i have stood for you to just turn up' I was actually shocked as were a few other people at the stop.
She then got on the bus and sat on one seat with bags on the other so no one could sit down.

This is what i thought at the time, The bus came exactly the minute it was due. I timed it so i wasn't too early. If i missed it that is my fault. It wasn't as if the bus was waiting for me and i held them all up by being late.
The Simpsons: Tapped Out on my iPhone used to be quick loading both my game and my friends' list. Now it takes forever for them to load up (it took me about 40mins to go to all six of my friends' Springfield).
But, if you had put a full stop afterwards, it would have been long enough.

Indian callers calling( phoning), every day..i see the number now so i either don't answer it or i pick phone up and put it back down on receiver again lol..there are annoying
^ And they also claim to have English names. So you have for example, "(thick Indian accent) Hello, this is Adam". So, if they're lying about their name, are we really going to believe what they say?
