Hi was wondering if anyone else has had an issue recording the new DRAMA channel. I can set the recording and series link and what not but it keeps saying failed. Any Ideas or anyone in the same boat. All other channels are able to record on

Sounds like teething troubles. No doubt it will be sorted soon.

So there really are so many people desperate to watch re-runs of Birds Of A Feather?

Well my box got a software update yesterday, but it didn't address the issue. There are changes to the EPG and progress bar but Drama recordings still fail,

I tried to record something the other day to see if it had been fixed yet. No joy. We have it on record that the Humax boxes have no problem recording this channel, so it can only be an issue with the Huawei boxes - even if it is caused by the broadcast. Hopefully they will issue a software update soon to sort it.

I have had the problem since drama started and it is still a no channel to record from. No one seems to give a toss at Drama or Talk Talk regards the issue.

TalkTalk are working on it: http://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/P...911818#U911818

I suspect they are going to miss the end of Aug deadline though.

tried to record stay of play last night :FAILED
my Talk talk youviewbox automatically record during the night but:FAILED; auto set for next Tuesday and Wednesday but I bet it will fail again;
read that Talk talk and broadcaster blaming each other...ring a bell: had issue watching Iplayer on my smartTV; LG was blaming Talktalk, who was blaming BBC...never had any problem watching Filmnet though!

I am having problems with this, I don't mean the recording. I mean I can't find it on my EPG youview.

Is the drama channel free? if so then I can't see it. what number is it on?

It is free and it should be on Channel 20. If it isn't there, do a channel search. That should find it.

I think you'll find the problem is due to be resolved mid-November.
