LOL , Meadows got in a cheeky "He's one of my men" in todays ep
.

"the Columbians" is another one to add to the drinking game

The end of the Where's Zain series.
'Where's Zain?' .... in custody! 'twas a good storyline while it lasted, I feel like we haven't heard the last of it even though the next few eps look to be about different storylines. Hopefully the Amy tenant one will be solved soon!

There were so many drinking game phrases today. That scene with the MIT cop interviewing Zain had nearly all of them and during the CID briefing, Meadows kept saying "Kristen Shaw".

Pam Coker from EE was Honey's mum.

Speaking of EE, your username will be very appropriate for Monday's episode.

I noticed that Watch are only just beginning the Amy Tennant storyline which dates 15/2/2006. We're currently on around 8/2/2007 on Drama, so the storyline indeed dragged on for over a year.
Thank goodness we're getting 5 episodes a week. I can't recall how long it FELT back on original transmission.

They probably brought Amy's dad into that recent subplot to remind viewers who he was and that the storyline was still ongoing!

At one stage i thought he had got a job at Sun Hill , he seems to pop in and help with crimes as a consultant

I'm glad they had a change of producer from the last one, i couldnt stand the soap angle, it got boring, at least under this producers its got back to crime stories, however bloody hell he does like to let a storyline drag out

He he, yeah, for a couple of episodes I thought they were going to make him 'Dr. Watson' to Manson's 'Sherlock Holmes'.

The Zain undercover storyline was the last good storyline for me. Can't stand Keane at the moment and his husband Matt.

They could have had a professional cop/bungling sidekick relationship.

Although it did drag, I didn't mind the Amy Tennant storyline because Manson actually seemed human for a change.

I've watched the last few episodes, when Jack told Sam she was the new DI , but the last few shows have had Manson in charge ............... Why ??

I think they're just having two DI's now. They're probably gonna interchange their positions, for e.g in a few eps Sam might be in charge, and then next time Manson, etc. It's how I remember it anyway.

...... last time I looked, P.C. Keane was a girl! ...and a very beautiful one too, with an attractive voice. For me, the actress who plays her (Melanie Gutteridge) is the best thing about 'The Bill' at present!

Reg and his dodgy stomach Roger's dive into the bin today made me laugh. Love Reg's character, wish they had give him more storylines atm

Just watched today's episode and noticed a wee mistake. When Manson and Nixon rushed to the hotel at the end he announces "DI Manson, DS Nixon, Sun Hill". He must of forgotten Sam's promotion!

I'm guessing the scene might have been filmed way out of sequence which might explain it.

I'm the same, Keane just comes across as a wet drip and annoying. Always seems to have the look as if she has a continual chip on her shoulder. Face like a slapped behind as it were.

Anyway, the Zain undercover storyline was so well done. Was there any other storylines from now that was even closer to similar?

In the episode recently, where Reg had a poorly stomach, is it me or did Noble just come across as continually moaning? All she was doing is pulling her face, complaining constantly.

We'll have to remove James Tennant and Amy Tennant from The Bill Drinking Game now

The trouble with having a storyline go on for so long is that apart from James Tennant, i have absolutely no idea who the other people involved are , who was the woman who took Amy ? Ive completely forgotten any details from when she went missing tbh.

She was a friend of James Tennant's first wife who blamed him when she topped herself

Nice ending to todays episode. I'd forgotten who that Shelley was too, and it'd only been a few months in Drama time since they'd started that storyline. I couldn't imagine waiting a year I'd forget it all lol.

The Manson-Nixon clash was interesting For a while there they almost had a tension to rival Phil and Stuarts

I think this was Mike Reid's last TV appearance. Tonight's episode was broadcast on 28th February 2007 and he died on the 29th July 2007.
