Friday's episode is the last one before the Christmas break
Just checked the Radio Times it seems there's a 'new' episode every weekday from next Monday at 10am (including Boxing Day - until Thurs 29th).

They probably just want to get them all out of the way asap now.

I've just checked the episode guide on Wikipedia and apparently Tuesday's episode will be
Spoiler
last appearance

This "Witness" series of episodes feels like the beginning of the end for The Bill.

What on earth possessed them to string out such a dull storyline over seven straight episodes? I find myself fast forwarding through a lot of it.
Just finished off that lot myself, it started ok, but it narf dragged

They've just changed its time by the looks of it, so instead of 11 to 1, its now going to be 9 to 11, so thanks for the heads up, as i wouldn't have known

I've had a look at the schedule on the Drama website.

Monday 19th 0020 - ep 307
Tuesday 20th 0020 - ep 308
Wednesday 21st 0020 - ep 309
Thursday 22nd 0020 - ep 310
Friday 23rd 0130 - ep 311

Monday 26th 0040 - ep 312
Episodes 313 and 314 are not being shown.
Tuesday 27th 0040 - ep 315
Wednesday 28th 0040 - ep 316
Thursday 29th 0040 - ep 317
Then nothing. The schedule goes up to the 6th January but I can't find any Bills between the 29th and 6th.

I

Episodes 313 and 314 are not being shown.
If those episodes are Parts 1 and 2 of Closing The Net they are probably not being shown for one of two reasons

1) A teenager slitting their wrists
or
2) Paedophile network

There was a little Sun Hill CID reunion in last night's Casualty. Christopher Ellison & Russell Boulter were patients - aka DCI Burnside & DS Boulton.

And of course Jaye Griffiths (DI Johnson) is a Casualty regular now.
Haha made me proper laugh when I spotted Burnside and then up popped Boulton. I'd forgotten that was Sally as well. Casualty always been a haven for ex Bill peeps, you'd have thought Smithy could have come down from Holby for the reunion.

They're called closing the net, Verence posted just before but it maybe wasn't spotted. Not sure how much of a tied in storyline they are, I didn't bother with the 3 parter they skipped but the Attach on Sunhil would have been daft without watching.

I think they are pretty much stand alone episodes although Diane Noble does leave in the 2nd one (she returned for one episode the following year)

Kaye Wragg who played has been a regular on Holby City for the past couple of years and a couple of years ago appeared in an episode of Death In Paradise which is being repeated on Alibi tomorrow night

Speaking of The Bill alumi Seeta Indrani who played Norika Datta from 1989 to 1998 played a corrupt MP in Midsomer Murders last night

I see that woman who was the press officer, that was seeing Mickey Webb (and Heaton), is coming back into Corrie, as Peter Barlows gf.

Was that really the end of Reg Hollis?

No goodbyes? No exit story?

Apparently Reg wasnt in his final episode due to the actor slashing his wrists on set

Is anyone else have significant problems trying to watch the missing episodes on Daily Motion ?

Using a browser they just freeze every minute or less and eventually the web page just crashes and reloads.

If I watch through the Daily Motion app then they have loads of forced adverts about every 5 minutes so not doing that. I presume this is why Fremantle haven't insisted they are taken down as they get a share of the advertising from those silly enough to watch via this method.

Looking on YouTube there seem to be only a handful of episodes left as most have been deleted by them I guess for copyright infringement.

Hilarious that, made up the names of the blokes from that sheet of stationary paper, then when rumbled done a runner

Just watched the one where Heaton goes out on patrol with Beth and Emma.

Love the bit where he gives Beth the list of stolen goods to read, and she just looks at it then passes it to Emma, and he tells her she should read it, so she goes 'I have, sir', and then reels off what was on it, and then Emma goes to him, 'i know, its like a circus act isn't it'

Then when they find the stolen Robots on that kids stall, and Beth looking at one goes, 'the serial numbers match those on the list', and Heaton goes 'well how do you know that', and both Beth and Emma just look at him, and he goes 'Sorry, daft question'

I only watch the five episodes on Saturday morning, but they haven't been on for the last two weeks. Does anyone know if they will be showing them again on Saturdays?

It's on Sunday mornings, it has been for as long as I can remember on Drama. They weren't on yesterday, but I thought they were on last Sunday though.

I'm enjoying the episode today, the first time I've enjoyed The Bill for a while without getting bored or annoyed about the camera work or the storyline!

Oh, I have been watching it on the W channel 109, for ages, I will have to switch to the Drama channel now. I wonder if the episodes are in front, or behind those that I have been watching.
