Nice to see the debut of Cathy Bradford.

Interesting that Sara Stockbridge appeared again, this time as day centre worker Liz Terry.
A couple of years back she played a different character who was a youth centre worker. It was the storyline where Quinnan returned to the Jasmine Allen after recovering from his stabbing and helped her out at the youth centre.

It was odd seeing them together today not knowing one another. You'd think they could have had her playing the same character.
She also appeared in a couple of episodes as a member of Jim Carver's AA group

I am quite excited about this, just remember Vik Singh beating up Simpson beforehand too. I did catch these on UK Gold last time, quite a while back though.

Kreshnik Berisha was Velibor Topic's second of three roles in The Bill and he also played the main villain in the last (for now) episode of Sharpe.

Danny Glaze popped up in The Driver on BBC1, he was playing a detective.

This weeks episodes have been good. I think the actor who plays Quinnan is really good, he convinces me he is a copper who is undercover, i liked him in the Britanniamania episodes, i would have preferred him in the main role instead of Mickey Webb, i'm also impressed with the actors playing Stamp and Polly Page.

Was going to Wiki him but you beat me to it. I knew his face was familiar!

Complete with beard. The actor was probably hoping nobody would recognise him as Danny Glaze if he grew a beard!
Nice to see him again though. The last I saw of him was in an episode of Doctor Who when David Tennant was still around.

I saw him recently in a 2001 Bill as a suspect. Also (separately) Nick Klein as the leader of a gang of yobs in an episode shortly afterwards.

I quite enjoyed the 'Hotel' storyline. I had to chuckle at Jim as the chef. I think he was getting a bit too comfortable in that role. Loved it when Polly was taken hostage and Jim comes out in full chef gear with a meat cleaver!! It kind of reminded me of John Cleese in a Monty Python sketch!

Not sure how I feel about Dave leaving. He's been a bit tedious in recent months.
Laughed at his final scene with Tony when he got the 'Moany Tony' comment in.

That was the first one in 2003. Do you mean when Tony was talking to Mickey and asking him how he was? I think it was supposed to be like that - awkward and seemed messed up because Tony was asking how Mickey was and he meant since he had left the station 3 weeks before and after being raped.

That live episode.

I remember the crash mat disguised as a police car roof.

The one female detective (Think she got stabbed? ), has done a couple of ads, one being Vanish & the other being for Birds Eye!

Decent enough first episode from PM - it was predominantly crime based aside from a few mentions of Polly/Quinnnan (which was entirely appropriate) and Chandler's affair.

I enjoyed the Juliet episode, though it was difficult to watch at times. I thought that was perhaps Cullen's best episode.

The Quinnan leaving episodes were also a decent enough watch.

I'm kind of curious to see the PM era again. He's definitely my least favourite exec producer over the entirety of their tenure (though post-watershed Bill was a very difficult watch in 09) but seeing it develop again will be interesting, though I probably won't save these as recordings. The theory seems to be that the best of the PM era was the first 1-2 years.

Yea I liked the PM era initially but it got to a point where it became so far fetched it was getting silly.

Just finished watching today's episode. So many cuts in it, it's untrue. Wouldn't surprise me if when the fire episode occurs, you actually don't see anything because it's cut. They cut out the comment Weller made about if him breaking his "cheating wife's legs", also cut out where baldy spits in Vik's beer, and Vik hitting Simpson.
