Full of admiration for Leah

She is a strong woman with a professional background. She hasn't been involved in any backstabbing throughout the process so far and has presented herself very well and honestly in the interview. She is a good role model for other women. Really hope she is there for the final but she will do well anyway

I agree, She's been really good IMO and I really hope she wins this.

She's my favourite now. Loved her at the start, went off her bit in the middle when I think she was attempting to enter the business world, but like her again now. It's like she's gone through the three stages of business in the show. Uncertainty, brashness, maturity.

I've liked her from very early on, a bright young woman

I'd be content to see her win. Prefer it if we avoid celebrating the dim, the cruel and the arrogant

She is cold and wooden.

I liked her at the start but have totally gone off her now.

Team Lou for me all the way.

I think that's her business personality perhaps, but anyone who's seen her and Luisa's interviews on BBC and ITV, or the way she communicates on Twitter, will have seen that she's anything but cold.

I agree with the OP, Leah would be a worthy winner. She's already proved herself to be intelligent and articulate, and her attractiveness is a bonus too!

Eh? I take it you missed the episode where she continuously undermined Zee? Whether he was useless or not (he was useless) she didn't exactly cover herself in glory. She also seems to have no human empathy at all... I have no idea how or why she went into a caring profession.

The flipside is that she does come across very professionally, and knew her numbers very well. I think she's very intelligent, but the only way I'd enjoy her company would be if she was on my pub quiz team!

I take it all back. Someone has just posted a link to the Sun website whilst she is on holiday and she smiles in a lot of the pictures. Wow.

I don't think you can say she backstabbed Zee - she was pretty upfront about what she thought of him.

Since when is not listening to a useless PM a bad thing?

Leah gained respect from me after that episode. Zee was absolutely horrendous, letting his personal views affect his professionalism, and Leah was the only one (bar Natalie after he brought her into the boardroom) who stood up to him. Absolutely love her!

Don't particularly like Leah - and would have fired her and Natalie rather than Zee - but she's a much more credible candidate than Luisa
