Orange World Access.
Currently on the £4/4Mg bundle. Bought the phone from CPW whose literature stated (and still does) that for anything over this the charge is £1/mg. Orange insist it is £2/Mg.
Both are blaming each other. Has anybody else had similar probelms? |

If Orange insist that their out of plan cost is £2 a mb I would point them to their own site here:
http://shop.orange.co.uk/shop/all_plans If you click the little 'I' at the top of the GPRS plans it clearly states that it is £1 per mb out of your 4mb inclusive. |

Cheers for that.......
All sorted now. That's 3 credits they have needed to apply to my account during the last 12 months. Some involvibng more than one error, but all revolving around GPRS. Be very careful people ! On a similar note she also said Mg's used while on the internet, rather than Orange World, are not included in the bundle. Does that make sense ? |
