Currently on the £4/4Mg bundle. Bought the phone from CPW whose literature stated (and still does) that for anything over this the charge is £1/mg. Orange insist it is £2/Mg.

Both are blaming each other. Has anybody else had similar probelms?

If Orange insist that their out of plan cost is £2 a mb I would point them to their own site here:

http://shop.orange.co.uk/shop/all_plans

If you click the little 'I' at the top of the GPRS plans it clearly states that it is £1 per mb out of your 4mb inclusive.

Cheers for that.......

All sorted now.

That's 3 credits they have needed to apply to my account during the last 12 months. Some involvibng more than one error, but all revolving around GPRS. Be very careful people !

On a similar note she also said Mg's used while on the internet, rather than Orange World, are not included in the bundle. Does that make sense ?

I have never been charged any extra using the internet and not Orange World. After all there is very little on Orange World really. When I've surfed the net it has always come out of my inclusive mb's.
