Beer/cider in hot weather
I find I'm drinking more than I usually should in this hot weather - is this wrong?
![]() I had one can of K cider today (with food) and am having another one shortly because its so hot and I'm thirsty I know its probably better to drink water, but does anyone else find themselves doing this?

Do you think its OK to have 2 cans a day? It doesnt sound too bad but I never used to do that for porlonged periods so I'm not sure
Maybe I should stop for a bit (I've done this before, a la Ed Byrne, just to prove I can do it)

My strategy is to drink a pint of shandy then a pint of lager. Repeat until the vodka and Red Bull beckons.

Can't beat a nice cold cider on a hot summers day. I can't drink to many though in direct sun as I get a headache so I try to alternate it with soft drinks

Two cans is nothing. If it was this warm all the time and I didn't have to go to work I think I'd develop a drink problem. We don't normally go to the pub on a Sunday afternoon (except for the occasional footy match) but in this hot weather we'll just go and sit in the beer garden and drink all afternoon.

I love a beer but I only drink non alcoholic lager in the really hot weather. I get too dehydrated otherwise.
I haven't drunk cider since I was a student well over 20 years ago . Vile stuff. |

! F*cking hell! That's insane.2 cans a day is my limit TBH these days, though before I could go days without alcohol and would only drink at the weekend or something. I doubt I have a problem but still

why would it be a joke i like strong beer im not a tramp but just like the strong stuff im having a k brew snake bite right now
A google search reveals it was brewed by the Danes as a gift to Winston Churchill, and to commemorate his 1950 visit to Copenhagen. It's always interesting to challenge perceptions and revisit what one thinks they know about the world from time to time I find. |
