when is some one going to make a movie, cartoon series or a television series out off this great comic?

Probably better that they don't. Gem though it is, it's not well-known enough for a movie studio to provide the necessary budget, thus risking another Green Hornet-like misfire or a tv movie fiasco like Justice League.

Even if movie not made think there is mileage in a cartoon dvd set....look at the range of characters they have.

Maybe but I've yet to see any cartoon which does justice to the original comic book artist. Wallace Wood is a tough act to follow.
