I don't know if there is already a thread but I've just read that Ted Moult from Calander Countdown has committed suicide.

I always assumed he was still alive, until I was told otherwise tonight.

Funnily enough, I mentioned him last week to my OH and he looked it up on Wiki.

Yes, it was 26 years ago. Wasn't he the original "celebrity" who did adverts for Everest Windows?
