I did mention that I was looking. I couldn't find anything cheaper.

I definitely wouldn't say he was 'forced,' in fact he offered to be PM as soon as the task started, when it was just me and him online. He then changed his mind a little, but we were about 6 hours into the task and we didn't have a PM, we thought Jack would do it as he hadn't done it before but he was really busy over the weekend so it wasn't really possible, in the end we went with Justin as we really needed a PM and he seemed the most logical choice. There was no way he was forced though, whilst he probably wasn't completely keen about it he offered to do it himself, and I could probably provide chatlogs to back this up.

I'm not sure on the rest of the team but personally I find this not the best task to be charge of purely because it's just telling people you find this item, you find this item - I'd suggest checking this site, this site and this site.

I didn't put myself forward because I was heavily criticised according to Zak on Task 2 by some team memberfor putting myself forward on a task I didn't want to be PM on. I thought putting myself forward again for a task I didn't feel confident with would be silly of me especially considering two of the people who criticised me on that task were in my team on this task. Also, I've already been PM before and others haven't.

Nail it was quite obvious to both your teammates and myself that you 'unofficially' lead the team initially, despite PMing last week why did you not step up and make it official? It seems both before and after the PM decision you were the driving force of the team and it seems like you let an opportunity to impress Lady Sugar pass.

Eliza, most evaluations of your performance were dreadful. Do you feel you were out of your depth as PM?

(as a side note, could anyone who hasn't sent on an evaluation please do so. There are issues that need clearing up.)

As a side note to that claim Louise, I would say in her defense it was a very difficult task to Project Manage in. It's not the task that greatly highlights your potential and your management skills as 'delegation' is a lot less important and other areas of Project Management are nullified slightly in this task too.

Not at all. The only reason I didn't tell them what items I found was that they had found cheaper items. I'd then look again but they would always find cheaper.

Also I would just like to say that the two Davids were really good on this task.

Have you seen mine? I sent it to Zak, but that was when your inbox was full. I presumed that he'd pass it on to you though.

I would also like to add that I motivated my team well and listened to their opinions.

I didn't think I took the role as PM too much, maybe during the first part of the task before we had a PM I did as there needed to be some kind of control over what was going on, but I think after Justin was appointed I was definitely no more of a PM than he was. I didn't take it on as I didn't think it would be wise to do it after PMing last task, I'm pretty sure nobody's ever PMed two weeks in a row in this or real Apprentice before and I think it would have probably been an ill fated decision that could have come down to bite me had I taken it on. Maybe I should have stepped up in hindsight, but to be completely honest I don't think this is a task that relies on good PMing too much, and I don't think there would have been much difference in result had I taken it on.

While this is an understandable stance, I've been part of this task before and it is very possible to delegate tasks and keep checking up on people and motivating people to search, as well as searching for items yourself.

Ben Leary did in Series 1, and Tom Gearing did in Series 8.

I didn't watch most of Series 8 but I remember that happening in Series 1, and if I recall correctly it was a really bad decision on his behalf and he ended up being fired, so more of a reason for me not to do it

Do you think Louise is looking for someone who avoids risks though? That goes out to the rest of your team this week, you all seemed quite cautious to take on responsibility.

That is all well and good Eliza, however do you think that is enough at this stage of the competition?

I wouldn't say we were cautious to take on responsibility. I guess we all initially thought Jack would do it as he hadn't been PM. Justin seems to have changed his mind a lot, and Niall and Katie had their reasons not to do it. I did put myself forward, but if someone had really wanted to do it (which it turns out that Justin did) then it'd be best to support them.

I don't think it's so much avoiding risks, to be honest it just never really crossed my mind that I would be PM in this task and I don't think anyone in our team even mentioned it, we just accepted that I wouldn't do it as I was PM last week. I do think I wouldn't have done a bad job as PM on this task, but it never really crossed my mind that I would be PM this task, regardless of what it was.

I think these traits are good to help my team win, yes. They seemed to thrive on it and I think we did really well.
