288 calories in 50 grams and they are high in fat, but I think in nuts it's mostly 'good' fats. I believe they'll be pretty high in salt though.

I'm permanently watching the calories and tend to avoid nuts.

I've had to cut down now on dry roasted nuts and bombay mix as I have a dodgy gallbladder. They are certainly a bit less fattening than ordinary salted nuts.

Try some Planters if you can get them. Waitrose sell them and they are the best.http://www.waitrose.com/webapp/wcs/s...?storeId=10317

I used to love them until someone told me to smell them. Not a very pleasant smell. Really put me off.

Didn't you know that in the factory a fart is put into each bag before it is sealed?
