Dry Roasted Peanuts
Are they fattening ?..I love them but haven't bought any for years..they are very moreish and nice to have a nibble on

288 calories in 50 grams and they are high in fat, but I think in nuts it's mostly 'good' fats. I believe they'll be pretty high in salt though.
I'm permanently watching the calories and tend to avoid nuts. |

I've had to cut down now on dry roasted nuts and bombay mix as I have a dodgy gallbladder. They are certainly a bit less fattening than ordinary salted nuts.

I used to love them until someone told me to smell them. Not a very pleasant smell. Really put me off.

lol..i picked up a tub and looked at the calories and was shocked to see 296 on it..so back on the shelf they went
