Sparky was stretching on the arm of the chair , he was getting cocky and stretching more and more then he fell of the arm of the chair and landed on the chair. Naturally i laughed as it was comedy gold , Sparky then glares at me like it was my fault do your pets blame you for things that are their own fault?

Oh goodness, yes. I'm a constant source of annoyance to my cat. It's never the other way round. No, never....

He doesn't blame you. He's a cat. He doesn't understand the concept of blame.

You have obviously never had a cat living with you

They do give the most filthiest look. I only have dogs now but they are just the same.

My old cat Smudge used to do that. She would fall while climbing the cupboard at the other end of the room, and then give ME a hiss and death stare.

She was mental though.

My current cat Spike falls a lot, but he's clumsy and doesn't give me the stare of doom.

My dog is bad for this. He will let out the stinkiest fart imaginable and then give the nearest person to him the dirtiest look ever!

My old cat tiger used to do that , First we would get the ' stare' then that would turn into a full on ' glare ' if we tried to make a fuss of him then he would get up give one final look of pffft and walk away with his tail swishing madly

Of course they do. Cats blame their owners, cats punish their owners, cats get jealous of their owners....

Cats are contrary moaners. Great cuddlers and great company (in my experience), but it comes with attitude -- which I wouldn't change for a single moment.

My cat is a master of filthy looks, but she is also a master of affection. This weather is not making her feel very affectionate though.

I can't help it if the rain starts in the morning while the cats out and were all asleep.
