I bought eBooks for my PRS-350 from WHSmiths, Waterstones and direct from various publishers...

Well depends on your definition of ease but using Calibre I can get books off Amazon Kindle store and add them to my Sony eReader. It's a little tricky first time (google is your friend) but after that its very easy.
