Hi mates,

I was just wondering how these mobile company fellows manage to make profit if they are ready to pay you back everything, I mean all the rental after 6 or 12 months.

Is there any cathch in it?
As many companies have now started special offers (on 3 and on orange)wereby they claim that they will pay back all the monthly rental that u have paid in 12 months.. Like presently www.onestopphoneshop.co.uk
and microlinrmobiles.co.uk
are doing it.
INfact I have got a similar phone LG on 3 (from microline), and they said that they will be repaying me whole amount after 6 months if I send them the bills.!!
Is it possible?
Has anyone got their money back?
Or is it that they dont send the bills at all so that u cant return them.....
Just wondering
Thanks for lookin in

Hello, I did mine through carphonewarehouse which offer a similar style offer. I have just sent my bill back so haven't actually got my money back, but I will. I think 3 are going for it at the moment and their line rental deals seem a bit out of this world!

Anyway, to the point, yes these deals are not fake, there are catches in the terms and conditions. Some require 18month contracts. You also are not alowed to modify your tarrif and often have to send the bills back. So there are a few "catches" but aslong as you follow the rules you should be able to get your 'cash back' from them.

From carphonewarehouse im pretty much garenteed to get my money as they will not go bankrupt etc, that would would be my only worry for some unknown internet dealers.

The deals are true as the phone companies are desperate to get your service (Three especially at the moment as they are pre-empting 3g competition from vodafone and others later on in the year.) just make sure it's from a trustworthy provider
