Now that Netflix on the PS3 no longer works with Unblock-US due to some change at Netflix end. Does anyone know of an alternative service to Unblock-US where it does still work?

Overplay?

Although if there's been a change at the Netflix end, this may effect all DNS server services.

unotelly is pretty good still works with Netflix too despite the change and unlike Overplay Unotelly gives you a 7 day free trial.
If you share their page on your fb or twitter you get a month free too.

Are you able to change the DNS on the router as I believe that still works for some.

I could, but I don't like the idea of changing the DNS for the entire house to some companies servers that I don't fully trust. I don't mind the DNS on the PS3 being changed as it's just used to stream media and play games, but for the other devices I'm not comfortable with it.

I'm sure this is of no consolation, but it's still working on my PS3 (DNS on the PS3 not the router).
