My box updated lasted night to the new menu system, but I still only have the DTT BT Sport channels. I am on Infinity and assumed I would now have the IPTV versions and HD. I signed up online

...try...
"Help & Settings"
"CA Network Information"
post the current "last connection result: "

... then click "Force Resynchronisation"
and you may then be (re-)connected to the "Infinity" server.

PS switching to infinity may require (remote) adjustment to your exchange line parameters - which may take a day or two as it is the week-end.

You might find that you have to sign up for BT Sport online to get it to work. I had too as I was already on the "new look" software and it wasn't showing BT Sport available.

I registered again, and it updated the other morning adding the channels. Then a day or 2 later it updated again, moving the channels to 507 onwards.

Its a shame that I cant add the Eurosport channels for a small additional fee, rather than have to take all of the extra channels, which I wouldn't watch any. (Why would anyone want these channels when they are mostly available on demand to watch when you choose?!)

Because a huge amount of the content for those channels isn't actually available on demand.

Its a shame BT Sport are getting rid of Red Bull on demand stuff, instead adding it to the linear BT Sport channels.

It would be better to keep it as an OnDemand 'app' maybe accessable from the EPG. Or better still keep on demand but add a dedicated Red Bull Sport channel, exclusive to BT TV.
