Mince in a sealed bag
I had some turkey mince and some pork mince. My wife opened them and said they smelled bad so I had a smell. They smelled a little of egg, but I had to get my nose right up to the mince to smell it. Which means it wasn't a strong smell at all.
My question is: were both packs of mince off or was the smell because of the sealed bag it came in? Both dates were a few days away yet too. |

Mince in sealed bag
Lots of meat products that have been sealed smell a bit when you open them, the best thing is to take them from the bag, put them in a dish, or on a plate, and cover them lightly and the smell should go. Some products tell you this on the wrapping.
