Had a quick search of the forum and couldnt find anything, so does anybody know of a table or guide to show the temperatures of when your meat is cooked. Beef (rare medium well done), chicken, pork etc.

Did you not get a chart with it?

Anyway just google for meat temps.

If you get a programmable digital thermometer it comes with presets and will beep when it hits the temp you specified (or preset e.g. beef - rare)

Interesting because - even though I don't eat meat, I do cook it for my husband and paid a bit for ours 2/3 yrs ago and it struck me one day it doesn't give poultry gauges - I can judge but it's annoying!
It was from TK Maxx. Btw.
