  DMGP 2013 is the best national final I've ever seen (seen most since 2009). Production, songs (yes, including Human and Unbreakable), interval, hosts - it could have been the real Eurovision and I'd have been thrilled. Shame that the YouTube version is out of sync, although doesnt DR have them all on dr.dk?

  Seeing as Lena get's a mention- did you know she's a coach on The Voice Kids Germany?
  
  It sounds horrific but that woman must seriously be omnipresent in Germany now!

  I think in hindsight Germany should have sent Saint Lu but why she didn't try for Austria I have no idea.

  Yeah, I think Saint Lu would have won the Austrian NF by a landslide if she'd entered there. Most likely would have made the final in Malmo too.

  I want to find part 3 mainly to see what the forum thought of the bizarre opening/interval acts of Moscow 09, & indeed the rest of that contest, which is covered by part 3.
  Edit: we've added 50 parts since then :eek: How long will this one last?

  I though USfM was all arranged by the record companies, not the artists, and they would have much preferred Germany as it is the bigger market and a more high-profile event than Austria.

  I'd be shocked if Saint Lu wasn't at Eurovision sooner rather than later. If Austria are going for an internal selection this year, as rumoured, that's probably who they're going to try and get.

  Really good standard overall this week, I had 6 songs I wanted to give 12 points to! It made me realise that what spoiled the German NF this year were the poor live performances, as a lot of the songs were really fantastic.
