I'm not too convinced even torrential rain could see YFSF rising to 3.5m. That's a bit too ambitious.

As a bit of fun I've constructed a BBC One schedule for the key 9pm slot for the rest of the year (excluding Saturdays, and Christmas!), using what information I could find, including from your good self. See what you think:

Great! I suggest you update it as time goes by.

I'm guessing ratings across the board were low again yesterday....

They can't have been that low yesterday - it was much cooler than the previous Saturday.

Take on The Twisters was down to 1.37m/13% (exc +1) on Friday. Think it's fair to say this one isn't working.

The rain didn't reach the north until about 9-10pm, it was still hot and dry until that time.

Down from about 2.3m on Monday (though i think that includes +1)?

I'm not surprised, it's not gotten a good response on here. Purely down to the choice of host and the contestants. Tipping Point had a similar response when it started but it was doing better in it's first series than TOTT is.

Yeah warmest day of the week in Newcastle. Rain held off until 5 am this morning which might benefit C4 Ramadan (cough)

Daily Star is reporting that Splash has not been able to recruit any celebrities at all for its 2nd series, with every single Z lister asked so far saying "no" to invites to be on the show. The next series will be delayed and shown in February instead of January, according to the Star.

Break the Safe got a positive reception from the online gameshow community, with Bothersbar critics saying they "really enjoyed this show, much MUCH better than Take on the Twisters". Let's wait and see the ratings before calling it a turkey, I bet it wins its slot with ease every week till XFactor starts.

The big question for tonight is: with all this torrential rain and thunder storms, will Your face sound familiar recover to the 3.5million mark??
Well, they should open it up to the public. I reckon there would be about 40 million people willing to "jump into a swimming pool".

Doesn't need to be stretched out to 90 minutes if that would be the case.

The very idea we're taking a Dirty Desmond rag seriously is worrying.

Samuel, buy a proper newspaper

We had a lot of rain where I am so I see no reason why the ratings should be low. If anything they should see a rise.

The gaps on Mondays and Wednesdays I think could be filled by mostly factual (including a couple of Crimewatches)
Does Crimewatch not air in August as I see there is no room for it in your schedule that month?

This year it hasn't aired every month:

2012

- Tuesday 20th March (3.48m/14.8%)
- Tuesday 1st May (4.61m/20.7%)
- Thursday 31st May (3.41m/15.9%)
- Thursday 19th July (3.79m/17.8%)
- Thursday 23rd August (2.75m/13.0%)
- Thursday 27th September (4.11m/19.0%)
- Wednesday 21st November (3.10m/10.6%)

2013
- Thursday 14th February (4.01m/18.2%)
- Monday 29th April (3.41m/14.3%)
- Thursday 30th May (3.28m/14.0%)
- Thursday 25th July (3.24m/15.8%)

Based on last year's eight episodes, another four to fit in before the end of the year.

3.4m (18.6%) for Your Face Sounds Familiar, excluding +1.
Lovely rise there. Should be above 4m next week for the final. Second highest rating of the series.

Some good ratings there i especially love the fact a MBB repeat again won the night. This shows that the weather has been effecting all ratings.

Thanks Score.

Looks like a poor BBC One line-up benefited ITV somewhat. Assuming you've found the magical key , do you by any chance the F1 Qualifying ratings for BBC One and Sky Sports F1?

And also the Opening Ceremony repeat rating on BBC Three? Thanks.

Has Crimewatch been cut back, I'm sure it used to air every month, bar maybe a month off in Summer, therefore more like at least 10 episodes a year than eight.

Assuming you mean the lunchtime F1 showing on Sky then I've added them to the post.

Fun fact: ITV's 3pm repeat of Harry Potter & The Chamber of Secrets had more 16-34s than their evening entertainment show Your Face Sounds Familiar: Potter had 582k in this demo (a 26% skew), whilst Your Face Sounds Familiar had 580k (a 16.1% skew). Includes +1.

A fairly good night for ITV there with everything over 18%, bar The Americans, although that saw a nice little rise on last week.

Same ith YFSF, good rating for it, perhaps it can go full circe and rate at 4million next week as it did when it first started.

The Opening Ceremony did ok, but i though it would average around 1.4million or so.

Harry Potter doing well for ITV daytime/early evening in comparison to their usual low rating programme's. And YBF still rating well after all these years.
