Thanks for that. The launch show rated very well for what it was. Yes it was FTA but at 6pm it wasn't exactly primetime and it was basically a whole hour of Jake and the rest of the team looking pleased with themselves and not a lot happening. The match that followed though didn't really build much on that beginning and looks a little low for what was a decent fixture. The rugby sevens did okay on BTS2, which didn't seem to be free on Freeview. 18k might not sound like much but it's more than the vast majority of ESPN programmes get at this time of year.
