Just seen the advert on telly and had a quick look at their website.

Doesn't look particularly mouthwatering but noting the calorie count for each meal it really does suggest that by calorie counting the same results can be got, altho the pre-prepared route is probably easier.

Has anyone used diet chef? Could you share your views?
