For me Jahmene is the best male vocalist to ever come from X Factor. I am a massive fan and I will be getting the album tomorrow.
Jahmene is has also been writing original material and he will be going to America very soon. |

Wow that's so good!
Not too sure on the success of the album but I reckon this track alone will do well

I love Jahmene, he is a great vocalist. I'm also glad he learned how to control it more so he doesn't overdo it that much.
But I'm SO disappointed he is releasing a cover album. If he is writing songs, why the hell didn't everybody wait until that is done? This probably will flop. I hate when Syco do this to acts, the similar thing happened to Joe McElderey. |

Jahmene's with RCA and they are known for stitching up acts from XF - Eoghan is one (but he wasn't that great a vocalist), Marcus Collins (album sold OK, the single that followed it was a flop). If Syco do drop him, I hope he realises that he will be better off without them. He has a great voice and it seems to have evolved over time. But we'll see how it does in the charts. |

I'm just as disappointed as you are. Joe McElderry did get at least #3 with the album, and there were just about 2 covers on there - it was the single after that ended his time with Syco but he is better off without them, as evidenced by the music he has recently released (which is what he should be doing - you don't have to be a 'pop star' to do well).

If Whitney Houston wasn't already dead, this would have probably helped to do the job.
Someone call the cops and tell them it's a 187, there's been a murder and it's of this song. |

I found Jahmene's voice a bit hit and miss on X Factor but it sounds sooooo good on this track.

I hope it does well though, but I just think you should hold off before comments like that. |

Nicole's vocals are absolutely stunning. Easily the most talented judge to grace the X Factor panel.

I think it'd be far more impressive if he had sold near to 50k rather than 20k. It does seem to be a quiet week album wise.
Generally, the only kind of cover albums that do well are classical ones, or the ones that are released by BGT/XF contestants quite soon after the show, or are extremely popular during the show. Paul Potts got to #1 with his but that was straight off the back of winning BGT (well, at least a month), Susan Boyle also got to #1, which was to be expected considering she was quite the worldwide phenomenon back then. But, it'll be interesting to see how it does throughout the week. |
