Subway flatbreads

Had a chicken tikka one of these and I must admit I quite liked it. Anyone have a clue how they make the flatbreads? Had a similar consistency, but not taste, to potato bread though I doubt that's what it was.

I've looked online for flatbread recipes but haven't seen anything like them. They don't appear to be leavened and they're quite flexible for the thickness.

Not tried the Subway ones but Warburton's do a square wrap. I think ASDA also do their own square wraps.

I don't know if it's just me but they're such a struggle to eat! Delicious though

They are deceptively "heavy", and yet low calorie somehow. Perhaps it's a lack of fat in the recipe.

None the wiser how to "clone" them. Tempted to just fry up a really simple unleavened dough to see how that turns out.
