Don't you mean 'gun'. That would be preferable, can't stand 'im.
No I meant burst his big head.

Quote from TV Choice: "I've always been a fan of the show and a few other actors from EastEnders have done it, but I reckon mine is probably the best one ever made."
If I remember right he slated EE and said he would never be in it. His reason for change of heart was for the money.

Can't help noticing in the trailer that Danny Dyer is walking in the same sort of strutting geezer manner than Morgana Robinson was walking when she was impersonating him in her recent BBC2 series. And I thought she was exaggerating for comic effect.

He slagged off Ian Woodyatt and Steve McFadden in the Radio Times as they'd only ever really auditioned for EE as well as single handedly claiming to have saved it.

Not exactly Mr. Popular.

Seems he makes a career out of bad mouthing actor's. He has done it to Orlando Bloom and James McAvoy.

I was a massive fan of him a few years back but when the 'cut her face' comment in the Zoo mag happened.... That was it for me. I cannot do with abuser's and liars

He kept blaming someone else for what was written and then made a video saying that "he did say those words but they were not for human consumption" This was on his fan page. It has since completely disappeared?

He's a bit of a tit isn't he? Chap needs deportment lessons to get shut of that silly walk (or a government grant to develop it).

In full cockney geezer mode he goes too far and ends up sounding a bit camp.

The piano music when he was sitting next to the canal was almost identical to that old Deutsche Plus series from BBC2's learning zone.

It's the intake of breath when they are told something. As if they care .. they would not be arsed if they were not being filmed.

This is just another way for their ego to be massaged.

To be fair, I didn't expect him to be descended from Thomas Cromwell. It's fairly interesting really.

I don't think he's that great an actor so i think he is genuinely shocked! I am finding this quite entertaining! The ego will be even bigger now!

I expected him to be descended from the court jester, but he went a bit better.

I`d just like to say, that is how all cockneys walk.

Give over. My younger brother walks like that and he lives in Clitheroe.

From Cromwell plus all the way back through Royalty from Edward III to William the Conqueror.
Really enjoyed that.

I said all cockneys, I didn`t mention anyone else. I don`t know how anyone else in the country walks. Some things are associated with some people.

Never seen him before, just read the earlier comments about his ego. Might not be a good actor but I got the impression that he was acting all the way the way through the programme.

All cockneys don't walk like that.

According to him, he's a brilliant actor (where's the roll-eyes smiley when you need it?). If you don't want to read the whole interview, scroll down to below the baby picture.

I thought it was thoroughly entertaining compared to most editions I have seen. And how many people discover they are descendants of The King of England whilst taking part.

A bit of inverted snobbery about methinks

Alexander Armstrong and Matthew Pinsent are both descended from William the Conqueror, if I remember correctly. Boris Johnson is descended from George the 1st, I think. Brooke Shields is also descended from Royalty but I can't remember who, I'd have to google her.

I thought DD's episode was good, but his cockney geezer persona did irritate me a bit.
