Did I miss it? They weren't called to the Diary Room & asked their opinion were they? If so I missed that bit but it means nothing if they were because they aren't the brightest stars in the galaxy. Ask Gina, Dexter or Callum in that situation & they would probably think the same.

Well Dan will be used to dealing with dishonest people (other policemen ) so it is not surprise he picked up on this

It beggars belief why BB even went there doesn't it?

That would be so annoying. I won't even let my husband speak if we're watching a whodunnit. I find it easy, worringly so, to switch my brain off so I can't predict anything. I like to be surprised at the end.

I just found out my daughter routinely reads the last page of a book before she begins. Isn't that awful?! Who does that?! She's no daughter of mine. I wanted to throw her out but she's only 8...

Suggestng there might be a twist hardly requires Sherlock Holmes.

Housemates are always asked their opinions on evictions it's no different them asking Dan this week

the sad truth is whatever happens in the eviction, and whatever surprising incident happens in the house in general, dan's going to pretend like he knew full well all the ins and outs all along. he'll strut around like the dogs bollocks saying 'i knew it, i knew it' and soaking up the admiration of the other housemates. he can't help it, it's in his character, that's just the kind of crappy person he is.

He ain't guessed he's just saying one option, you'd have to be totally stupid not to have considered it
I bet he's considered about 29 other options too, but there is not time to show them all

Anyway what difference would it make if he had?

Only those nominated as a rule are asked unless someone is 'involved' with another hm who is up....like 'romantically' or maybe in Jackie & Charlie's case.

Well the 'priceless' face people are expecting on Friday might not happen after all.

Seriously, why?
That's the sort of thing you'd do if you wanted the housemates to discover a trick that you're trying to play on them.”

Well then they are giving him a helping hand, arent they.

He just speculates at everything, he clearly knows nothing.

It's not hard to make up possible situations every week and on the rare occurrence something happens that you have speculated about shout "I knew it".

According to Dan it might be a a double eviction every week even this one and yes there might be one week where Dan is right.

He thinks almost every housemate is an actor and then when one housemate did turn out to be an actor and he was right but all the other people in the he accuses of being actor are not.

I haven't seen much 'strutting' to date. He's mainly looked a little nervous, a little paranoid or somewhat blank, with his knees tucked up in the foetal position, whining 'something's not riiiight...' He's more whimpering pooch than dog's bollocks, to be fair. Maybe I'm just not seeing this arrogant Dan i keep reading about.

Dan is brilliant. I don't mind if he wins. Mind you, he will most likely be voted out on Friday (it should be Sophie)

I would like it if Dan, Sam and Sophie all went to the diary room on Friday morning and asked for their suitcases as they would prefer to pack them themselves.

His reaction has made me realise just how much of a bomb this twist is going to be for the housemates. Sophie, Sam and Dan are the three house favourites and none of the other housemates want to see one of them go. This really will 'rock' the house.

So true. But I wonder if the sheer relief that they're off the hook won't be their first thought.

They all speculate but the guy has guessed every twist right so far with only a couple of mishaps. He was in the force for 10 years so it's second nature to him, you have to give credit where credit is due.

He didn't mention anything about only the Safe House 3 being up for eviction though, just that they might not be safe.... so I'm not sure why that would make him quiet and down.

For Gawd's sake - Dan thinks everything is a deception/trick/twist therefore by the law of averages he's bound to get something right every so often.
