They've been messing with their heads with the eviction (when they find out) and also the food task, so I doubt they'll believe anything that BB says from now on.

I expected there would probably be suspicions anyway, as you need a proper red herring to take people's suspicion away. Did they even have nominations and an announcement of a smokescreen list of those who were up?

It would seem that he is keeping his suspicions to himself. The only reason people resent these suspicions is that they fear he will not be as shocked and distressed as they hoped tomorrow. This is not nice.

Maybe BB is lying to us, and the three in the safe house are really safe, and the others are up - except the public would go mental because they would have been spending money voting - so maybe the three in the safe house are up, but the one with the least votes to evict gets booted. Oh no, the public would still go mental.

If he had seen what Gina got to see, maybe he could have formed a better opinion of Hazel's part in it all.

I know some people are going to think im off my rocker (although im not the only person who thinks this). I swear Dan has some kind of feelings for Hazel. Im not saying hes madly in love with her but I think his feelings are a bit more than just friendship. Earlier on in the series when they were in bed together, Dans bf, tweeted how it made him feel uncomfortable. I honestly think theres something in it plus he has a son so must have liked women at some point. Like I say, im not the only one who has picked up on this. Hmmmm.

Maybe he feels that she's the only one he can trust and connect with on an intellectual level?
It doesn't necessarily mean he wants her.
Dan doesn't need to be attracted to women in order for his boyfriend to be upset at Hazel being all over Dan and Dan not pushing her away.
It's the fact that she looks interested and is pulling his face into her chest and giggling or whatever and he's not stopping it. Dan should tell her to get the hell off.

You could be on to something there. The fuss Dan made when Hazel went into the safe house in the first place - 'If my boyfriend was in there with a model ... I wouldn't be able to sleep, I wouldn't be able to work ... I would freak out - seemed like a bit of an overreaction. Unless he was projecting?
Sadly, nothing's going to come of it now, though.

Dexter said the safehouse never works out well for anyone so Dan seems pretty slow on the uptake.
