No Hd Channels On By Vision Box ?
I have a bt vision box And bt hub 4 infinity connection when I select one of the hd channels from the guide page it says hd channels only available to those with infinity As I have infinity why Iam I not getting the hd channels?

If you have BT Vision box you need to be subscribed to BT Vision Essentials Extra or BT Vision Unlimited Extra to receive HD channels.
