Now it's Dan's turn. There's a video on the Ch5 site where he's saying he hopes that Callum goes on Friday. Like seriously, what has Callum done which is so bad? Sure he's a bit weird and creepy but he's completely harmless and inoffensive.

There is something about Dan's exasperated bitching that just makes me laugh and I agree with what he's saying! To be fair Sophie is joining in also its not just Dan.

The way Callum says and does things is most odd and just not natural somehow. I am not going to justify Dan and Sophie's bitchfest but I can see what he means and Dan is the only hm that makes me laugh

I really cannot see why people find Callum so annoying, he's done a couple of annoying and childish things in response to the Charlie situation but other than that I find him completely harmless and a total sweetheart where Sam is concerned.

Well, maybe that puts a change on who I was going to vote for, it was going to be Sophie but Dan is now in a right old fettle, probably because he was voted 5th favourite and is stropping about it so it may affect my vote.

Whatever it is that Callum does that makes people dislike him or creep them out, seems to be going over my head. I just haven't seen anything to make me not like him. He may sometimes come across as socially awkward, but I would happily sit and chat to him in there.

I quite like Callum' I get that he maybe a bit of a pain to live with, but I don't see why he attracts so much hatred from the public.

He's very watchable, even if it's some times cringey to watch.

I don't really think the public hate him. It is the people inside the house who seem to have such a problem with him.

He bitches solely to influence noms and has done from the start

It seems that being socially awkward (and only a bit really!) is a great sin both in and out the BB house, even if his accusers themselves admit he's a nice guy. It's pretty obvious that whatever awkwardness he has is, as he himself has said, due to deep rooted insecurity problems. And rather than try to understand his position and show empathy and maybe just a little bit of humanity, they mercilessly bitch and deconstruct his character behind his back. And don't get me started on BOTS! Conor got better treatment on that show!

I also feel this lack of empathy towards Sam. Most of them (with the exception of Gina and Sam) don't seem to give a **** that he has trouble following group conversations and try to clarify what's being said etc.

In summary it seems that it's better for you to be a confident back-stabber (Dexter - who I like btw), than an insecure nice guy.

The things that most put me off Callum are:

1 The way he appears to switch personality depending on the situation.

2 I find his facial expressions and body language exaggerated and affected. They just don't seem like natural responses to me. The only thing he can't control on occasions when he's angry or stressed is the shaking in one leg.

3 He can appear to be controlling - one or two instances with Charlie in particular.

4 The look on his face when he's massaging the girls really freaks me out - I wish they could see it.

I don't think he's a bad person and I do find him interesting in a way but all of the above, although they seem relatively minor, would put me off someone in real life too.

He brings it all on himself imo the poor me act is pathetic and following Charlie around like a Puppy is just plain sad.

well won't it be funny if Dan goes on Friday, I have voted several times for Sophie to go, but I am now focusing on getting Dan out..

Yes I agree that the whole triangle rubbish hasn't done him any favours, but that's down to BB being desperate to deflecft attention from the safe house house mess and still have a 'romance' going, I bet the production team wet themselves when Dexter declared his interest, if it's not what he had been told to do by them already.

Because Dan is such a nasty git, he finds it hard to comprehend anyone being nice.

It was the same with that knobhead Rex and his treatment of Rachel, he didn't believe anyone could be nice because he was not.
