Hello good people,

I have to use 12 nice sausages tonight. (can not be frozen down must be cooked or thrown)

I have no idea what to do with them, as a supper idea tonight.

Any ideas please

Many thanks

Toad in the hole is easy, or cook them in a casserole. You could make sausages with gravy and serve with mash and peas, or just sausage egg and chips !

Cook them all

Eat theones you want tonight

Let the others cool, keep them in the fridge, have them sliced in sandwiches tomorrow..........with mustard

I was about to suggest the very same. Nothing nicer than a cold sausage sandwich!

Thanks for the replys.

I raided the fridge and cupboard and came up with........

All out of date and to be thrown I should say.

Bag of baby tomatoes cut up
Sausages browned in wok
Baby sweetcorn cut up
Onion sliced
Tim tomatoes
Fresh Ground Black pepper
Smoked Praprika
Salt
sugar
Worster sauce
Rosmary from garden

All mixed together and now in oven

will check in 50 mins, now not sure what to do with it. Its a nice warm evening so did not want to do mash.

Any ideas comments?

Not sure I could gt through twelve but usually when I cook sausages I cook a couple more for the next day.
Don't even need anything else with them. Just a nice snack.
Obviously you could reheat the leftovers for sarnies or have cold sarnies but snacking is goodf and they'll keep in the fridge for a couple of days.
