Agree with you there Korky. I am going to hijack my Mum's mobile to try to get a second question in too I will be sure to share anything interesting from the Q&A with my fellow Pashanistas.
Thanks POFP.
Have a great time next week.

Hi Lady A,
Whenever you can post a review will be fine. Have you come back down to earth yet?

Thanks for your good wishes - I am very excited. As is my Mum, who I have converted into a Pashanista after giving her his autobiography to read. I wish I had the guts to volunteer to dance with Pasha. But I fear that I do not - unless I happened to consume one too many pre-show glasses of vino, which would probably not have a great effect on my dancing 'skills'. I will instead yearn from a distance and admire those among us with more pluck. Speaking of which I am so impressed by you having a shimmy with our fella in Hayes Lady A and can't wait to read your West End review when your computer gremlins are fixed

Thanks Pashulty and Korky for posting all the lovely photos - Katya and Pasha look so happy in all of them. Also good to see the other cast members in some of the shots - such a great idea to have more dancers involved this year! Just hope the next tour can also include a live band - will make it really vibrant and spectacular!

Enjoy the Easter break everyone!

Wakefield show

As promised here are my views of the show in Wakefield – I had a wonderful time. The show is fabulous, as others have said, and is even better this year and has stepped up from the last two tours. The costumes are lovely (Katya’s in particular) and the routines are wonderful. Very difficult to say which was my favourite as they were all brilliant but the waltz, Tango, Paso Doble and ballroom medley are probably my favourites.
Loved the fact that there were 6 dancers this year – it works well and I didn’t miss Lindsay from the previous tours at all.
Q and A session was interesting:
Q – One lady asked would Pasha join her and her friends on her hen do this weekend? She offered to massage his shoulders and back and they would look after him!
A - Katya asked how much are were they going to pay and Pasha said he would pay her if they did that! A lot of laugher all round.
Q – How many calories do you use during a show – Katya said she and Pasha use about 1500 – the other dancers about 600! Again a lot of laugher and Mike said the other dancers were leaving!
Q – Who do you think should replace Brucie?
A – Both said Anton du Beck, although both said Bruce was irreplaceable but thought Anton would be ideal. Katya said Bruce likes to get someone on the dance floor in the warm up to the show so Anton would be ideal. Pasha said they would need more lead-in time if Anton was the replacement as he would want to dance with all the ladies in the audience!
There was also a question about injuries where Katya said she had broken her finger previously and it hadn’t healed straight and showed her finger to the audience to which Pasha said she just wanted to show off her rings! And Pasha’s shoulder injury was mentioned.
I particularly enjoyed the VT about the photo shoot they did for the programme – found it interesting and Pasha and Katya looked liked they had fun shooting it and seemed completely at ease with each other.
The only negative thing about the evening was the dance school performances. I personally thought it went on too long and the older dancers looked bored and the younger dancers didn’t seem to know what they were doing. But that is only my opinion.
Unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to stay for the meet and greet but will do so when I see the show again in June.
The audience seemed to love the show from the start and were very appreciative of all the dancers. All in all a fabulous show and can’t wait to see it again!

Thanks Libby for a great report. Lol to women inviting Pasha on the hen do, would he escape alive?!
Lucky you going twice. Looks like we're both looking forward to June then!

Enjoyed your write-up, Libby_Lou - obviously lots of light-hearted, friendly, easy banter going on which makes for everyone wearing a genuine smile. I would guess that they truly enjoy interacting with their audience rather than finding it a bit of a chore/bore.
