Hello Shona! Yes, I think it exemplifies Pasha's integrity that he chose to execute the steps as perfectly as he could rather than join the rat-race! As you know, I like (good) rebels with moral courage.

A bit quicker would have been good though, but as you say executing the steps correctly more important than joining the rat race!
However, he was perhaps just giving others a chance, either that or wasn't that bothered about it at all. Like the phrase 'good rebels .... courage.'
The best ITT this series featured his and Janette's dance lesson, such fun.

I love the fact that Pasha took his time and did the pro challenge slowly and did the steps correctly.When the others do it,it sometimes looks as though they are'nt doing them properly.I reckon he just did'nt want to compete in a "who can be fastest"race.I was laughing so much when i watched it because he certainly surprised Ian and the other two.Their faces were so funny.

Maybe he was giving the audience a mini lesson and sounds a bit like he was deliberately holding back. Wonder what Ian and the others thought, what you doing Pasha, speed up? Maybe he just thought stuff it, am I bovvered who wins.
Now, if the challenge was for freestyle, he would win hands down.
