Sam wasn't the only person, but of course they chose not to show Gina handling the lettuces and saying: "You've got to be joking!" as she clearly laughed at BB's ruse.

They also failed to show the extent of Callum's anger, for he was absolutely seething, spitting: "What a pi** take. Look at the f**king state of us," wearing a face like thunder.

Sam likes jokes. The Picasso one was pretty good I thought.

Haha yeah I loved it. Bunch of sticks in the bums who are taking the experience for granted. The only one I give a pass to is Gina is her complaining is part of her schtick and she really does not get that bothered.

Certainly showed me a head of lettuce is smarter than sowphie.

That's the way I saw it. Sam's reaction was nice, but considering the others are down to a pitiful amount for their shopping, it's quite understandable that they would show their disappointment.

For a joke Callum started eating the lettuce, he wasn't as angry as you were making out.

This is what frustrates me about Callum.. He always has to fill the silences and he ends up looking silly.. I can understand why people find him creepy in that sense but to bash him because he looks like a 'serial killer' is wrong IMO..
On topic it's why I like Sam.. Simple things make him laugh because he's not as cynical as the rest..

Of course they didn't. They just, rightly judged that they could not possibly destroy the cigarettes for a date. In fact that was an odd option. The others were all offered good things for the house, so of course they went along with the nasty task. Charlie and Gina were offered nothing much at all, so of course they didn't. Let's not try and manufacture some story of unusual brilliance.

Yes, true. If only he had someone to enjoy himself with. Callum has been a good friend to him, but he is the world's most serious person. I would like to go back a year, vaporise Conor (always a good idea) and put Sam in as a nice friend for Arron. Arron would have found more likeable outlets for his sense of humour and Sam would have had more fun.

Loved Callum saying they smelt nice before the box was open, brilliant!

I thought his amusement was brilliant - it showed a complete amusement of the spoken word in a pisstake (sorry, I may have expressed that more eloquently were I sober, but I had an appreciation of where Sam was throughout that task).

It was an example of how the spoken word can be so mis-interpreted, get in Sam
