Nokia 6820 - moving numbers from one SIM to another

I have a new (new to me, but not new) Nokia 6820, into which I've put my old Orange PAYG SIM card. I wanted to set up GPRS & MMS so I phoned Orange and asked them to turn it on for me.

They said I needed a new SIM card, so I'm asking if there's an easier way of transferring all my stored numbers off the old SIM and on to the new one than doing it all by hand.

Is there any way I can move them onto my PC and then back onto the phone once I switch SIM's? Infrared, perhaps? The phone has Bluetooth, but I'm not entirely sure what that is - I need extra equipment on my PC, right? I have a laptop with WinXP... no Bluetooth that I know of.

So if someone could suggest what would be the easiest way of doing this, I would be very appreciative. I don't fancy typing all those names and numbers out again...
