Another one? If its such a problem then don't do it - let the other housemates do it for once! You can't do it and then complain about it! There's no one in there forcing him to do those stuff!

Dan was ranting about him being so nice and never moan about anything, now he moans and he gets bashed again. You have to laugh about it.

Oh and he did clean up because he promised the day before he would do it. But he probably didnīt know that the kitchen will be such a mess.

Seems to me that he can't do anything right for you lot. If he's nice, you all say he's "too nice", if he speaks his mind you all say he's "having a rant" or he's being "aggressive". Poor guy.

I can see that Callum clearly has some issues to address but, to me, his needing to be nice to everyone & to be liked & wanted, stems from huge insecurity & he just doesn't know how to handle it - he goes overboard - he over-compensates.
I feel sorry for him - he just wants to do what's right all the time but doesn't know how to & seems so completely lost. But he is harmless & not creepy.
BBBOTS have dropped the ridiculous Jackie-loving, but are now giving us a nightly Callum-bashing - & guests like Joe calling him a "serial killer" are awful.
I really hope that folk react against this & keep him in. I hope he survives Hazel, Twins, Dexter & Sophie.”

Good post, I would love to know what some people want from him either he is "too nice" or aggressively ranting, he can't do anything right for some.

He had no problem doing it, it was being expected to turn the shower wheel, ride the bike and make someone else a cuppa he had a problem with.

Or maybe he is just fed up of others not pulling their own weight and decided to be assertive so people will know not to take advantage.

Easy answer to that - just don't do it!

Yes he whinged because Dexter didn't help and yet at the beginning of the clip he says "I did promise to do the washing up". I don't deny it would have been a nice gesture on Dexters part to help but he wasn't obliged to. I would love to see Callums face if Dexter wins.

He was in the middle of the (huge pile) washing up when dexter asked him to pump the shower. He agreed but the. Said actually I'm going to put my foot down.

He was not calling dexter lazy, he was saying ther were three other boys lazing around that could do it, why ask him?

He was then asked to do the bike and then Sam asked him to make a coffee. They all complain that he's to nicey nicey, ostracise him and then are surprised when he decides enough enough. They don't deserve his niceness.

Yes it's much better to be selfish, lazy and unhygienic as long as you entertain people.. It's beyond bedlam

He wasn't assertive. If you do something you don't want to with a bad grace, grumbling and moaning about being put upon it's passive aggressive and not assertive. If he'd handled that assertively he would have not done the washing up and then calmly explained why he hadn't and perhaps suggested some solutions to make the allocation of jobs in the house fair(er).

That said I do understand his frustration there and possibly may have done the same myself. As someone else pointed out both Dan and Jackie have reacted the same way. This sort of behavior is not limited to Callum and doesn't make him a bad person. I still don't like him as a housemate that much though and I imagine that he'd be pretty intense to live with so I would think that he may well attract criticism... and noms.

Gollum is obsessed with Dexter - he was being nice in the kitchen and if that can wind him up, god help us if Dexter really had a go at him. It is bullying and will just win Dexter more votes

I want him to do the cleaning if he so desires without making it such a big deal. If it's too much to do the cleaning and the shower for Dexter then tell Dexter. Instead he takes it all on but acts the martyr. Nobody likes a martyr.

I believe everything about Callum is one big act. I know he doesn't act like this in real life because his mum said so on BOTS. I think he is more aggressive and confrontational in real life IE he has realistic responses instead of this embarrassing passive / aggressive mix. He takes things on and then bleats about it basically telling us the viewers 'hey I'm a nice guy and they take advantage'

It's a pity as I'm sure the real Callum would be so much more appealing. It's virtually impossible to warm to this fabricated character.
