I believe everything about Callum is one big act. I know he doesn't act like this in real life because his mum said so on BOTS. I think he is more aggressive and confrontational in real life IE he has realistic responses instead of this embarrassing passive / aggressive mix. You'd be fuming, like most people would. Why doesn't he say 'no' to Dexter and tell Dexter to get someone else
Instead he takes it all on even to the point of getting someone else for Dexter's shower and then vents to the camera IMO about all he does.
