I sometimes look at the mirror and what I see, when I'm smiling or staring or whatever, is myself. But it's not me, like, it IS me, but it's like there's something different. Have you guys ever felt like that? Like I dunno, this is getting too deep....

What kind of fun do you want to have? What do you see when you think of fun?

Do you think that doughnuts with a hole in the middle are not proper doughnuts? Do the holey ones feels inferior? Is this a mirror of life? Are holey doughnuts like the disenfranchised of society?

Do you think that cucumbers should only be sold to people who hold a cucumber permit?

I believe the hole represents something missing like something unfulfilled or maybe even it's 'w'. The holey ones are unable to truly soar like their jam doughnut counterparts.

No, we should all have the right to bare cucumbers!

I guess they need to learn that they can indeed soar, just on a different yet equal plane. The fulfillment they need is deep inside them, they simply have to accept that the hole is part of their whole and accepting this is the first step to fulfiiment.

I've alway wanted to talk about this. The whole hole situation is important and interesting in equal measure. Some, as you mention, have seemingly accepted this and have gone on to great things, yet these are exceptions. It brings the whole nature vs nurture arguement to the fore. What needs to be established is if it's just the hole holding them back or whether there's something else amiss.

But we all aspire to be more than jam, do we not? When we come into the world we have a void, represented here as a hole, that we look to fill with life experiences such as falling in love, being successful and gaining knowledge of the world. That is our 'jam'. But wait, what if thats not enough? What if, and its a big if, we yearn to fill that void with apple or custard? What if . . . . . .we aim even higher and. . . . . dare i say it . . . long to be a Krispy Kreme!?

My secret ambition is to become that Krispy Kreme and reach my potential by being put in the Large Hadron Collider, the first doughnut to experience The Big Bang. That would be fullfillment indeed.
